Law degree magna cum laude at the State University of Milan. Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association.
She began her professional career dealing with civil, corporate and bankruptcy litigation and business consultancy.
Since 1996, she started a collaboration with a leading international law firm, working in the Milan and New York offices, mainly dealing with corporate transactions and distress situations.
For three years she held the role of general counsel in a private equity fund specialized in distressed investments.
She has acquired significant experience in share and company transfer transactions, corporate reorganization and joint ventures, debt restructuring and extraordinary transactions in the real estate industry.
She is the author of publications in the journal of civil procedural law and in specialized bankruptcy law journals.
