• Drafting of contracts relating to the creation and distribution of life and non-life insurance products, including the review of offer prospectuses and information documents and the drafting of distribution/placement agreements

• Implementation of procedures, contracts in relation to IBIPs products

• Consultancy related to the insurance brokerage activity pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005

• Merger operations between funds and insurance products

• Pension funds
