The Firm assists domestic and EU asset managers in the structuring of mutual funds, both UCITS and AIF of all types with a particular focus on private equity and credit funds (direct lending and NPL management) and real estate dealing both with the preparation of the offering documentation (SGR, SICAV, SICAF by-laws, fund regulations, placement agreements, contracts with the custodian bank, Prime Brokerage Agreement, etc.), and with the identification of the best organizational and regulatory setup.

The Firm's activities also include assistance both in the authorization procedure, in the listing of funds on regulated markets and in the liquidation of UCITS.

The Firm supports intermediaries in the definition and execution of obligations in the field of sustainable finance also with specific reference to the definition of the ESG characteristics of the products managed, sold or recommended by them.
