Born on 3 September 1980, in 2005 he graduated in law with full marks and honors from the University of Insubria with a thesis on criminal law, which in 2006 won the Ambrosoli Prize, organized by the Municipality of Milan.

In 2008 he obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer and was first classified in the competition for admission to the Doctoral School at the State University of Milan.

​

In 2012 he founded the Giannangeli-Consulich Associated Law Firm together with Federico Consulich, Full Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Turin.

​

From January to December 2014 he attended the MiDPI – Master in Corporate Criminal Law – at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
