Experiences

Graduated in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 2004, she obtained a second level Master's degree in Financial Markets Law from the University of Milan in 2005.

She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.

She joined the firm in 2010 after collaborating with other leading law firms specialized in financial and regulatory matters.

​

She deals with matters relating to banking law and financial markets and is a speaker at conferences related to her specialization.

​

Eleonora assists, also providing in-house consultancy, Italian and foreign supervised entities such as banks, payment institutions, investment companies and asset management companies, market management companies, on regulatory issues, in relation to activities subject to legal provisions.

She also assists Italian and foreign issuers, by handling relations with the Supervisory Authorities, in the operations of offering financial instruments to the public and listing them on the main Italian regulated markets.
