Degree magna cum laude in Law with specialization and dissertation in commercial law at the LUISS University of Rome.

PhD in commercial and banking law at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata".

Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association.

He served for five years in the Bank of Italy, Banking and Financial Supervision Department, where he mainly dealt with the legal aspects connected with the performance of supervisory activities on banks, SGR, SIM and IMEL in distress.

He has deepened the study of recent Community legislative innovations in the field of banking and financial supervision.

In Atrigna & Partners since 2015 and Partner since January 2018, he deals with the regulatory and operational aspects related to the discipline of banking and financial intermediaries, and, more generally, of banking and commercial law.

​

In this context, he holds positions in supervised intermediaries upon appointment by the Supervisory Authority or in some intermediaries as an expert on ESG issues.

​

Author of articles published in leading scientific journals in the sector and speaker at conferences related to his specialization.
