The services offered include: the organization of meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Shareholders' Meeting, the fulfillment of all the necessary formalities (notices of call, proxies, etc.), the review/drafting of the relative minutes (bilingual for customers of multinational groups), as well as attendance in the aforementioned meetings, where required, with the role of secretary.
