Law degree (score 110/110) at the State University of Milan. Enrolled in the Milan Bar Association.

She worked for four years in a law firm specialized in civil and corporate law, gaining particular experience in the drafting of opinions and contracts. She then developed experience in the consultancy sector in the field of financial market law and banking and insurance law by working for a well-known professional firm in financial matters for a period of two years.

Since July 2005 she has been a partner of the Atrigna & Partners law firm, where she is responsible for the area relating to the drafting of contracts connected with the provision of investment services and collective asset management.

 

She is also responsible for the area relating to insurance law, with particular regard to issues related to the structuring and distribution of financial insurance products.

 

She coordinates with other partners of the Firm the legal activities connected with consultancy and opinions on the law of intermediaries and financial markets and anti-money laundering regulations, with specific experience on issues related to trusts.
